Waterway Carwash Serving St Louis, Kansas City, Denver, Cleveland, and Chicago markets with full-service car wash services, gas, and convenience store facilities.

Each Waterway location offers a combination of car wash services, major brand gasoline, snacks, drinks and other useful merchandise. Each store is set up for convenience, ease of use, speed of service and comfort. From the beginning, the Waterway concept has remained the same. We locate great neighborhoods; build high-end, distinctive buildings, hire only the best people and deliver uniquely outstanding service, quality and experience. The Waterway process and technology has been honed over many years to safely, completely and quickly clean cars and serve customers. No one else can guarantee the same high level of personal service, care and attention to detail that comes standard with all Waterway services.

A note from our CEO, Bob Dubinsky:

I am writing on behalf of the entire team at Waterway to wish you a Happy New Year. I know you are as excited as we are about turning the page on 2020 and beginning what is sure to be a much better 2021. Thank you very much for your loyalty and patience during this challenging year. Our sincere hope is that you, your family, and your friends have stayed safe and healthy.

Looking forward to 2021, I am excited to say that back to normal is on the horizon. At a time not too distant, each of us will be back to our old routines and fully immersed in the relationships we value most. At that point, you will no longer have to imagine what the smiles look like under our masks.

In the meantime, when you visit, you will find a Waterway experience that is a little different but still outstanding. Our approach has been to do whatever it takes to maintain our standards of service and quality while also ensuring customer's and team members' safety. In particular, our Covid related health and safety protocols will continue until they are no longer needed.

At this time, I would also like to offer special gratitude and recognition to our Waterway team members. Their energy, resilience, dedication to their customers and each other has made the difference during 2020 and is what makes Waterway special.

Our commitment to you is that 2021, our 51st year, will be the best year ever to be a Waterway customer. New stores, the final roll out of the ride-thru option, and a new customer mobile app will make it easier and more convenient to be a Waterway customer. Whether your car needs a quick exterior wash or a complete inside-outside cleaning, Waterway will continue to take care of you better than any other car wash company.

The very best way to use Waterway is as a member of the Clean Car Club. If you are a current member, thank you. If you are a former member or have never been a member, now, as we emerge from 2020, it is a great time to join.

Hope to see you soon and a little more often in 2021.
