I just spent two hours this morning setting up a conquest. Took a dealer off Rapid Recon and put them on Recon Ninjas. In two hours I had all the steps, users and inventory ready to go. This dealer was paying $499 per month and we are only $299 per month.
In the software business there are generally two types of companies that can coexist and capture market share:
1. Build an amazing product and command a premium payment.
2. Build a product that is close to the market leader and offer it at a reduced price.
My philosophy: "Build the best product and offer it at a reasonable price! Who else wants to say money? My team and I are ready to give demos all week!
