About Us — Pain into Purpose
RCA Mobile Tire Service LLC was built on three core purposes: honoring the family I love, fighting for second-chance employment, and mentoring our youth. RCA stands for Reign, Chris, and Alice—my daughter, my brother, and my mother-in-law—and their memory is the foundation of this company.
RCA isn't just a tire business. It's a second-chance movement and a hands-on mentorship program. Right now, the system doesn't help people with a record, leaving them to face a seven-year wait just to get a decent job, long after they've already served their time. Second chances mean more than a paycheck; they mean dignity, stability, and the ability to provide for a family without being permanently punished for past mistakes. I don't believe opportunity should come with a seven-year waiting period—so I'm not waiting on the system. I'm creating opportunities now.
I'm also building a youth mentorship program where kids learn hands-on skills, discipline, responsibility, and confidence. With so many things pulling young people down the wrong path, I want to show them a better way forward. I want to give them a safe alternative to the streets and prove that they can build something real with their own hands. I want to take the lessons I learned the hard way and turn them into something good, helping those around me grow and build their own futures.
Every technician completes our in-house certification covering safety protocols, tire repair standards, customer communication, the RCA Job Cycle, and digital documentation and quality checks. Professionalism isn't optional—it's the standard. From the moment we arrive to the moment the job is complete, customers get clear communication, fair treatment, and work done right the first time.
RCA operates 24/7 because emergencies don't wait—and neither do the people who need help. We provide mobile tire repair, on-site tire replacement, TPMS diagnostics, lockout assistance, jump-starts, and roadside support within a 50-mile radius. Every job is recorded in a CRM-integrated Digital Safety Log so partners and customers receive transparent, auditable service records.
Let's build RCA to create opportunity for the future, while honoring the struggles and sacrifices of those who paved the way for us to be here today.
