This residential project in Upper Black Eddy, PA, completed by Cam Landworks, features a 6' Verti-Block retaining wall built using M&W Precast's Standard Base Blocks and Standard Top Blocks.

✔ Full gravity wall design (no geogrid or tie-backs required)

✔ Built-in drainage system: the base block straddles a 4" corrugated pipe, while block voids filled with ¾" clean stone providing superior drainage & requiring less excavation, backfill and cutting into the solid rock mountainside

When site conditions demand a custom approach, engineering makes the difference.

This large retaining wall project in Cornwall, PA called for a specialized design to accommodate its close proximity to the main roadway.

Working with Streamline Concrete Inc. and Gilmore & Associates Inc., the final design utilized multiple rows of mass extenders, ranging from 84" to 48", to provide the necessary stability.
Once deliveries began, the pace never slowed! Up to four truckloads of block were delivered each day to keep the project moving.

This was no easy installation, but thanks to the preparation and hard work of the Streamline Concrete crew, the project was successfully completed.

🏈 Football season is almost here, and we're proud to help communities get ready for kickoff.

Our team installed two identical precast concrete press boxes at Simons Recreation Center in North Philadelphia.

Each 7' wide x 12' long press box insulated and includes a PTAC unit for cooling on the upper level. An internal spiral stair provides a secured access to the vinyl sliding viewing window above.

Project Spotlight: From Purchase Order to Installation in just 6 Weeks!

For this firewall installation in Astoria, NY, M&W Precast partnered with Jingoli Power and CSDS Inc. to deliver a precast solution on an accelerated schedule.

The entire project was completed in approximately six weeks, demonstrating the efficiency, coordination, and reliability that precast construction makes possible.

M&W’s Precast Buildings team recently delivered and installed four 33-foot dugouts at the Clarence Davies Sports Complex. Each dugout arrived fully equipped with aluminum player benches, while two units included combination helmet and bat storage mounted directly to the walls for added functionality and organization.
