We are excited to share some big news at Swamps Autoworks!

Thanks to the continued support of our loyal customers and community, we are expanding our operation with the addition of a brand-new workspace area located behind our existing Autoworks building in the former back building which has been newly renovated. This expansion allows us to better serve both our current and future customers with increased capacity, improved efficiency, and new service capabilities.

We are also proud to welcome a highly experienced trailer mechanic and inspector to our team. With more than 30 years of industry experience, this addition strengthens our commitment to providing dependable, knowledgeable, and professional service you can trust. Swamps will now be offering inspections and repairs to all horse trailers, commercial trailers, utility trailers, etc.

Because of our increased bay space and upgraded height clearance, Swamps Autoworks can also now service and perform inspections on trucks up to 26,000 GVW. This means we are now able to accommodate a wider range of commercial and work vehicles while continuing to deliver the quality workmanship and customer care you have come to expect from us.

We truly appreciate the trust and support our customers have shown over the years. Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of vehicles.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using specialized tools and computer software.
• Execute repairs on major automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and air conditioning.
• Perform PA State Inspections and Emissons

Requirements
• Experience as an "A" level or Master Automotive Technician.

HELP WANTED: Are you passionate about cars and have an eye for detail? Swamp’s Autobody is looking for an Detailer/Parts Assistant! In this role, you'll be responsible for making vehicles look their absolute best post-repair, ensuring that every car that leaves our shop shines like new. Your work will play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for high-quality service. You'll get the opportunity to work with various makes and models, using specialized tools and products to clean, polish, and restore both the interior and exterior of vehicles. Whether you're washing, vacuuming, or applying finishing touches, your efforts will contribute to giving our customers that 'wow' factor when they see their cars again. You will also assist in the delivery of parts and maintaining parts organization. If you have a keen sense for detail and want to be part of a team that values each member's contributions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
• Thoroughly wash vehicles to a high shine
• Vacuum and clean the interior of vehicles, including seats, carpets, and upholstery
• Buff and polish the exterior to remove scratches and imperfections
• Inspect vehicles for additional services needed, reporting findings to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Receive parts deliveries as the delivery trucks arrive
• Maintain organized Parts Bins
• Pull parts for technicians as jobs come into the shop
• Other various tasks around shop as needed

Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting/carrying parts
• Valid Drivers License
