First and foremost I just want to give a big thank you to all of our customers. As I’m sure many of you have noticed increased wait times for repairs and appointments. Along with many other businesses we are dealing with a severe staffing shortage that has not allowed us to give you our customers the service that you have come to expect. I just want to let everyone know that we are doing everything we can to take care of as many customers as we can. And to top all of this I just recently acquired Covid for the second time in three months which will only add to the back log at least for the next week or so. In closing I just want to say please be patient with us as we navigate through this time. And thanks again for being such loyal customers.

Automotive repair experience is needed and must have your own tools. Working hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am- 5:00 pm, no weekends or holidays.

Good Morning Everyone!!! We hope everyone is at home safe and getting thru these tough times. We too at Murphys Automotive hopes everything returns to normalcy soon but want everyone to be healthy and safe foremost. We are open and continuing our social distancing operation. We will continue to clean and disinfect vehicles and the shop into the future and provide as safe operation for our employees and customers. We just want our customers to know we now have NYS inspection stickers in. So if you would like your inspection done give us a call and set up an appointment to drop your vehicle off!!! Stay safe, we are all in this together!

As we work together through the coronavirus pandemic, Murphy’s Automotive cares about our staff, customers and vendors. We hope everyone is healthy, safe and abiding by the national, state and local directions to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Automotive repair facilities are presently considered essential services. We are open for business, especially for those that need their vehicle to perform other essential services. If you are staying home and not traveling at this time, oil changes and minor repairs should wait. Vehicle inspections due in March 2020 have been extended until further notice by the NYS DMV.
For those who need our services, please call for an appointment. At this time, we prefer vehicles to be dropped off. Payments can be made by credit card via telephone to minimize contact. We also prefer not to provide transportation during this time.
Like other businesses, we have implemented procedures to keep the facility sanitized and to maintain a safe environment for staff, customers and vendors. We follow the social distancing guidelines for those who must enter the shop.
We look forward to returning to “business as usual” soon.
