2027 Polaris Models are out!

- 275hp Pro R BOOST Model with factory Turbo. The industries most powerful SxS to date! Can't wait to start playing with these as we know they have MAJOR potential.

- Xpedition with an air assisted driven clutch which uses mode switches to lower or raise overall RPM. Reliability of this air system is a question, but you know we will be after enhancing performance as we know the CVT and engine management in & out.

CF Moto Z10 ECU Tuning & S1 Clutching are live online! We gain a MASSIVE +50-56rwhp on pump gas with this platform as they are very detuned from the factory.

We have many months of development on this platform as the stock injector, and easy S1 clutch kit would be the biggest hit with most customers. We wanted to ensure we had the most time possible on this setup between dyno tuning, field tuning, Dragy acceleration results, and trail riding.

Exhaust, charge tubes, and more will be available in the next 4-8 weeks.

Kawasaki apparently has the H2 recall fix available. A stronger movable sheave is certainly a good answer to the problems and should fix issues if done correctly. We'll keep an eye on things to see what changes with the new parts and how they work with our AA cover plate, weights, and spring.

So far we've logged many miles in the dunes, road, and trails without any issue, and in testing, spinning over 10,000 RPM.

We did also built a nice guard for our CVT cover, so we'll see how Kawi's stacks up compared to ours.

We packed on the miles in Northern Minnesota this weekend near the north shore/sawtooth mountains. The Ridge Crew was a blast to drive and is very impressive for its class.

What a busy few months! We greatly appreciate everyone and hope many can get out to enjoy a ride for Memorial Day.

We have a ton of things we should post with updates, but we'll save that for when it slows down. CF Moto Z10 testing is going extremely well, we should share final dyno numbers next week.

If you have our Ridge ECU tuning(via PV3 tuner), we now have the ability to desensitize the CVT light. All of our current tunes in the last month or so have had this included. While belt slips issues are real and should be addressed (see our tech articles), the CVT light is extremely sensitive on these models and puts you into a momentary limp mode. We lightly push this parameter out to stay safe with your CVT. CF Moto Z10 engine calibrations are working extremely well! We have picked up 650rpm so far. We’ve also greatly increased the slow pedal/turbo response these come factory with.

Going to strap it on the dyno and should have power numbers with clutching in the coming week or so. 👍🏼 -Mike

Our CF Moto Z10 has arrived! Time to get to work as we know this platform will have big potential. Cant wait to see where we end up.
