🚨 IMPORTANT FUEL POLICY NOTICE 🚨

PLEASE READ — ON-ROAD & OFF-ROAD DIESEL

We are aware of the recent discussion and proclamation regarding the use of off-road (dyed) diesel fuel on Iowa highways.

⚠️ At this time, this has NOT gone through the legislative process.

Until there is an official change to the laws and regulations governing the use of dyed diesel, Johnson Oil & LP Company will continue to follow current requirements and our established fuel delivery policy.

➡️ Tanks designated for ON-ROAD use will receive ON-ROAD (CLEAR) diesel only.

➡️ OFF-ROAD (DYED) diesel will continue to be delivered only to tanks designated for eligible off-road use.

Our goal is to protect both our customers and our company by making sure the proper fuel is delivered for its intended use.

Should the applicable laws or regulations officially change, Johnson Oil will review those changes and adjust our policy as appropriate.
