I received a local flyer from another garage in the area. And it reads *** is the place, compare our price. The lowest price is not always the cheapest repair. Lack of knowledge, experience and the proper tools to perform a task, put the customer at risk for a large invoice. Another huge factor is experience, and the ability to put customer satisfaction, before $$$. Everyday I hear of horror story's of unscrupulous acts of a shop or mechanic. So keep a watchful eye, ask questions, and seek a second opinion if things just don't seem right. be safe and happy motoring.

Question everything! Today I had a customer ask me a question about his vehicle. He took it to a local fast l**e joint to have the oil changed. And the service tech stated to him all his fluids are good and he topped off the power steering resivour. Here is the problem A Chevrolet Cobalt has a electrical motor attached to the column inside the vehicle it does not have a pump, or any fluid. So what did he top off if any thing? Or was it all just a big illusion of great service, So question everything..
