⭐ 5-Star Friday ⭐

“I feel I can trust him.”

That’s one of the biggest compliments we can receive.

This customer came to us after inheriting a vehicle from out of state and wanting to make sure it was safe, reliable, and ready for California registration and smog.

After a full inspection, we were able to address the maintenance items, complete the needed repairs, help get the vehicle smogged, and get everything handled quickly and smoothly.

We truly appreciate the trust and the kind words. Helping people feel confident in their vehicle, especially when they’re new to the area is what it’s all about.

This Memorial Day, all of us at Butte Valley Automotive take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice allows us the freedom to do what we love every day, and we are deeply grateful.

As you spend time with family and friends this weekend, please take a moment to remember the true meaning of Memorial Day.

From our family at Butte Valley Automotive — thank you to all who have served and sacrificed. ❤️🤍💙

⭐️ 5-Star Friday ⭐️

There’s nothing worse than losing A/C during 100° weather especially with kids in the car.

We were happy to get this vehicle diagnosed and repaired quickly so the family could get back on the road comfortably again.

Thank you Sarah for the kind words and the 5-star review!

⭐️ 5-Star Friday ⭐️

After being referred by another shop, we were able to get the vehicle in, perform a full inspection with detailed documentation, and prioritize the most critical repairs.

Parts were ordered the same day, and the truck was back on the road running strong.

Earning long-term trust and being the shop customers rely on moving forward is what it’s all about. Thanks for the review Janie!

We’re always here to fix the issue, but also to help guide you on what to keep an eye on moving forward.

Taking the time to explain and make helpful recommendations is part of the process.

Aleena we appreciate the kind words and the 5-star review!

⭐️ 5-Star Friday ⭐️

Being nearly 1,000 miles from home with a vehicle issue is never a good situation to be in.

We were able to get the vehicle in that same night, properly diagnose the concern, and clearly explain the next steps.

Earning someone’s trust in a moment like that means everything to us.

Thank you Zoe for the 5-star review and for trusting Butte Valley Automotive.

Providing a great experience means more than just fixing the vehicle.

It’s about being knowledgeable, fair, and getting the job done right the first time.

We appreciate the recommendation and the trust — and we’ll be here whenever you need us.
