Shout out to Mike, Jay, and the mechanics that worked on my Blue Civic. Excellent customer service and quality of repairs, as always. Y’all Rock!🤠

The staff was very professional and friendly. The repairs required were explained to me with the associated costs. All questions were answered and I was advised although some work may be required it could be postponed until I returned home as I live in Canada.
The facilities were exceptionally clean.
I would highly recommend them especially to someone out of state who had unexpected vehicle problems.

I love, love, love this place. These guys are so helpful. I won't bore you with the ridiculous story of going to Walmart to have a light bulb changed...let's just say I was close to posting a photo of three Walmart "mechanics" hovering over my front headlight for two hours with the typical caption, "How many Walmart 'mechanics' does it take to change a light bulb?"!!!!
And they STILL screwed it up. The didn't put the bulb in properly so I had a nice view of the trees in the dark. The only reason I went to Walmart was because it was Super Bowl Sunday night and I knew no headlight meant a possible ticket. I had night driving to do during the week and couldn't really take off work. Though Honest-1 is open until 6:00PM, I'm half an hour away in traffic. So I came in on Saturday morning for them to simply, QUICKLY, and PROPERLY install the light bulb. It literally took about 10 minutes. And the only reason it took that long is because I added two other items for them to check for me in my 2005 Elantra. Who knew there were child locks on the inside of the rear doors? Not me! And apparently the middle school boys I had in my car over last weekend found them and locked themselves in the car. Thought I was about to pay big to have door handles fixed. And for some unknown reason, I couldn't get my driver's side mirror to move with the electronic control. So, where some place else may charge you for labor....these guys did not. Good will and I can't say enough. They are fair, HONEST, quick, busy (who wants a mechanic that is not busy - that means they are not good). Do yourself a favor for all your car needs and go to Honest-1!! Ask for Mike Hodge. Tell him Kim sent you! ;)

Honest-1 came through again. My car battery died at work but some co-workers were able to get it started so that I could drive it to Honest-1. They close at 6:00 and it was about 5:35. We made it in time and dropped off the car for them to work on the next day.

After my co-worker dropped me off at my house, I received a phone call from someone at Honest-1 telling me they confirmed the battery was the problem. This was at 6:15. They didn’t need to call me after hours to tell me that, but they did.

The next day they came and picked me up at my house so that I could pick up my car.

Everyone who works there is professional, polite and respectful. They truly live up to their name.

This is a small business. They are hard working local people who are neighbors taking care of their community...who are THEIR neighbors!

I support them because they work hard for me and assist me in my time of need.

And they are good at it!

Very nice people and efficient service...my car needed an oil change and they recommended that I get new tires at a later date.

Very pleased with the service here. I usually check the mileage after getting an oil change to see when it is due next. I have ALWAYS seen it due in 3000 miles no matter where I've gone. I looked at the sticker after today's oil change and saw that it wasn't due for another 5000 miles. I thought there was a mistake and decided to google it and found that reputable mechanics will only make you came back after 5000 and not 3000. Wow. They didn't need to do that. They could have put the mileage for 3000 and most people probably wouldn't know the difference. They are truly Honest! Awesome. Will be back again and again.....and again! Thank you, Honest1!!

Literally just got off the airplane the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to find the car dead at the airport in long term parking after a week long vacation. Needed to find a place that was open, could fix my car and could do it today! Went to Walmart and they diagnosed the alternator but they don't fix alternators. Found Honest-1 with a google search having remembered seeing them on Nova in Ormond. At 2:00pm, they told me it was the alternator, they had the part on the way AND they could get it done today. They close at 4:00pm on Saturdays. What a blessing that I don't have to take off work to get the car fixed. Very professional, very friendly and helpful, and the hours are great for those of us with "bankers hours"! Never expected to find someplace open much less be able to get the car fixed so quickly! Highly recommend Honest-1.
