While Oren is down in Mexico putting in the miles, prerunning and preparing for the Baja 500, the boys back at Track and Trail Off Road are keeping the shop moving full speed ahead.
From regears and suspension installs, the work doesn’t stop! Race prep on one side of the border, customer builds on the other 🤣

Long travel done right for this customer.

We cut off the factory shock mounts, welded in new weld-on mounts, coated everything in Steel-It, and finished it off with a set of 3+ leaf packs and 4-tube bypass shocks.

The Track and Trail Beach Bash presented by Monster Energy was one for the books 🌴🔥

The JK Prerunner getting the finishing details that matter.

We chopped the frame to pull the VR EVO 10-S Winch and Bumper tighter to the grille, improving approach angle while keeping airflow unrestricted to the radiator.

Small changes on a custom build make a big difference when the terrain gets wild.

Last week we shared the story of a Jeep that had an issue while in town for Jeep Beach. We discovered a leaking rear shock and with a Jeep Jamboree coming up in TN he wasn’t sure how he was going to pull it off.

We tore into it immediately.

Parts were ordered.
The rear suspension came apart.

After a full shop push, this JT rolled out of Track and Trail and headed north.

…and made registration for his Tennessee Jeep Jamboree at 7AM.

We were approached at our booth during Jeep Beach by a customer who had discovered a leaking shock but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.

After making the trip down from New York, the last thing he wanted was to miss the rest of his upcoming Jeep Jamborees.

Oren diagnosed the issue right there in the parking lot, got it into the shop as soon as possible, and parts are already on order.

Now it’s a race to get this JT back together and back on the road for the next Jeep event.
