The shop has been full, so here’s a little catch up on what’s been keeping us busy 🔧

🔥 One of the coolest projects in the shop belongs to caseycurrie, all the way from California. When one of the biggest names in off-road racing trusts us with his fleet, it says a lot. This 3.0L diesel Gladiator is getting:
• hptuners ECM software for more power
• New currieenterprises axles
• 42” Nitto tires
Ready to hit the dirt even harder.

💪 Danny’s brand-new 2026 GMC 2500HD is getting built for work and towing with:
• 3” bdssuspensions lift
• Upper control arms
• FOX 2.5 shocks
• Rear airbags

⚙️ This 2014 JK is getting a serious steering upgrade with:
• PSC Ram Assist Steering System
• PSC XD Big Bore Steering Box

🛠️ JT is getting a serious suspension upgrade with:
• Rock Krawler Pro-X Triangulated Upper Link System

The dust has settled.

After weeks in Baja chasing miles, battling terrain, and taking in everything the Baja 500 has to offer, we squeezed in a little time on the water before getting back to reality.

Now it’s back to what we do best- shop life!

Racing teaches you a lot. Every mile in Baja reinforces why we obsess over the details in the shop. The same parts, setups, and solutions that survive down there find their way into the vehicles we build for our customers every day.

We’re home, recharged, and back in the shop.

While Oren is down in Mexico putting in the miles, prerunning and preparing for the Baja 500, the boys back at Track and Trail Off Road are keeping the shop moving full speed ahead.
From regears and suspension installs, the work doesn’t stop! Race prep on one side of the border, customer builds on the other 🤣

Long travel done right for this customer.

We cut off the factory shock mounts, welded in new weld-on mounts, coated everything in Steel-It, and finished it off with a set of 3+ leaf packs and 4-tube bypass shocks.

Built for more travel, better control, and taking abuse off-road without compromise. 🔥

The Track and Trail Beach Bash presented by Monster Energy was one for the books 🌴🔥

Jeeps lined up on the beach, vendors, music, giveaways, beach games, great food, Monster Energy samples, and an unbelievable turnout from the off-road community.

The JK Prerunner getting the finishing details that matter.

We chopped the frame to pull the VR EVO 10-S Winch and Bumper tighter to the grille, improving approach angle while keeping airflow unrestricted to the radiator.

Small changes on a custom build make a big difference when the terrain gets wild.

This one is being built with purpose.
