Be very careful and check over your bike before you buy from these guys. Just bought an 08 Heritage w/ 11k miles from them, they told me it was a trade in, and I mistakenly trusted that they looked over the bike properly when they took it in however, soon as I got it home, not even 10 miles later I completely lost my rear brake and this is what happened to the rear caliper. I was lucky enough to only be going in town speeds, however once I got it back to my shop, the brake pads were hanging off the bike, and caliper was completely broken off. Not sure but either the pads weren't secured properly or were so low the pistons pushed them out completely and caught the caliper. This all happened literally within a day of bringing the bike home. I DID mention the brakes felt low and had a lot of travel at the dealership during the test ride, but the owner Paul said "it was just normal for Harleys". Stupid me I believed him and didn't check the pads...However I did point out the rear brake lights didn't work, and I noticed the air filter was filthy and looked like it had never been changed. Oil was also black as s**t. The worst part is Paul told me he was going to overnight me a rear brake caliper, which was great, however it's been over 3 weeks now and I still have not received anything. Now that worthless scumf**k is dodging my calls and clearly lied about sending me anything. Don't take this guy's word for anything. I ended up just buying both brand new front/rear OEM calipers from Harley just and now going over it tooth and nail to make sure s**ts done right as I wouldn't trust these idiots with my life. These guys seem to care less about the safety of their bikes.
