⭐️ Customer Spotlight & Forum Feature! ⭐️
We recently had a past customer reach out and share a review they posted on the Monacoers forum RV community—a well-known discussion group for owners of Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Beaver, and Safari coaches.
He mentioned he doesn’t use social media much, but felt it was worth sharing his experience after his last service visit with us—and we couldn’t be more grateful!
During his appointment in March, our service team modified his Corian countertop to fit a brand new Nuwave induction cooktop…and the results turned out 🔥
He was so happy with the project that he created a full post on the forum, including before & after photos to show the transformation.
👏 We truly appreciate customers who take the time to share their experience—especially in communities like this where other RV owners can learn and get inspired.

Our 2006 Monaco Dynasty Countess III came with a True Induction Cook-Top built into the same space where the original LPG cook-top resided from the factory. My wife, an excellent Thai cook from Thailand, never like that specific cook-top as it just wasn't hot enough compared to the LPG cook-top I installed in our previous 02 Windsor. She does have a small single burner Copper Chef induction cook-top that we had purchased from Sam's Club or Costco that she loves and would use that to cook with when she was cooking something special.
I went on a quest to find a double burner induction cook-top that would meet her expectations to replace the True Induction cook-top. I eventually found the Nuwave brand and purchased one on Amazon to try so if it didn't meet her needs, I could easily return it. Well, she loved the amount of high heat that it puts out. They call it SEAR level, plus all of the levels in-between and choices of how to cook with it.
However, the footprint of the Nuwave was slightly smaller and thicker than the True Induction cook-top.
While I was at Classic Coach Works in Ormond Beach FL having my new Stone Vos Inc. salon roadside topper installed, I discovered that they do custom counter work among many other coach remodeling services. I got a quick estimate and made an appointment for them to do the work.
The job that they did exceeded my expectations! The took out the two pieces of old Corian filler that sat at the top of the old cook-top plus the wood that supported them. Those two pieces were actually part of the old LPG cook-top covers. They squared out the opening, then found a piece of Corian that came VERY close to matching the existing Corian countertop and secured it in place. Then, they cut a new opening that the Nuwave cook-top would drop into. They initially stated that I had the option of having the Nuwave mounted either flush with the countertop or have it sit on top. Making it flush would have been more difficult so I chose to have the outside fl**ge of the Nuwave sit onto the new countertop. It is fully and easily removable for cleaning around the edges when needed.
There is a switch that was there previously to turn the induction cook-top ON/OFF. It powers a separate outlet in the back which the Nuwave is plugged into.
I highly recommend Classic Coach Works as their work is amazing.
I have attached photos of before and after.
