We will be out at SEMA all this week checking in on our customers and their builds, meetings, and testing the Trophy Truck for the Baja 1000. We have axles scattered throughout the show so stay tuned for pics throughout the week.

Had to take a brief break from the shop to win the Baja 400 last week. We will now be starting 1st off the line for the 2022 Baja 1000 in November. Back to our normal schedule of building axles!

These were picked up today. For 2019 and 2020 JL with 5.13 gears. More 6x6 jeep's running around the north side of Miami.

Have completed the thur-shaft axle for a 6x6 H2 hummer build. Will be shipping it out in a few days to China.

Where's the beef. Here is the beef. This started about 18 months ago to have these made. Heavy duty Ford 9" gear sets with 35 spline input made from 8620 steel for HWY. use. These are for my thur-shaft axles.

The 6x6 truck has arrived at the SEMA show.

Really excited to show this project this week it will be in the booth. We will post some build pictures and a walk around as the week rolls on!

Rock-A-Tor front and rear. Front uses two meritor short axles and the rear will have 2" 4340 ally axle shafts. The front came in at 175 LBS. and the rear at 152 LBS.

I have completed the 6x6 Meritor axle set for the 2018, 3500HD SEMA show build. These are my latest Meritor hybrid axles with 3.90 ratio for diesel trucks with big HP. Equipped with the 2018 factory ABS and parking brakes.

Adding another new line for the Rock-A-Tors. Now you can use your 2 1/2 ton alloy or stock 16 spline axle shafts. With this one additional bushing pressed on the 2 1/2 ton axle shaft will now fit the Meritor tube fork ends. Now you can have your cake and eat it to. 2 1/2 ton chunk with 16 spline open carrier or DT. locker or spools. The width of Rock-A-Tors from W / W is 85 1/2", 2" less that Meriotrs

The latest Rock-A-tor housings. These use the Meriotr long and short axles with pinion turned to long axle. This makes the pinion center line only 1 1/4" off the center line of the housing. 2 1/2 ton chunk and all the rest of the parts are Meritor. All housing from now on will have new king pin bushings installed with studs and nuts and chunk gasket kits.There is a price increase, steer housings are $2,200.00 and straight rears are $1,750.00 And now 2 1/2 ton front axle shafts can be used in these builds, 16 spline for all of those different carrier options. 100%, doing it right

These 9" with Axletech portals, 6x6 will be in a 2017 Jeep Wrangle at the SEMA show just inside the south door, i will have 3 Jeeps 6x6 there. Henneseey Ford has asked me to manufacture their tandem axles for the 6x6 Raptor, it will be in the SEMA show as well.
