There tends to be less competition, sellers who are still active are often motivated, and the process can move more smoothly without the frenzy of a peak spring market.

🚨 7% mortgage rates may be closer than we think.

Everyone keeps watching the Fed, but that’s not the only thing driving this market.

It can be tempting to start buying furniture or making big financial moves once a home is under contract. But large purchases before closing can affect your debt-to-income ratio and potentially impact your loan.

Holding off until after the keys are in hand is the safer move.
