🏈🎉 What a day for Philly! Towne Park was in the heart of the action during the Eagles Super Bowl parade on February 14th, ensuring smooth operations for over a million fans. With 150 team members on deck, we rocked our Eagles gear and delivered top-notch service at 15 hotels in the heart of the city. Just like the Eagles, our team showed true grit and dedication. Creating WOW moments is all about delivering exceptional experiences, and Maureen McCafferty, Greeter at Lankenau Medical Center, consistently delivers and experience that creates a smile, even in the most difficult of times.

Kristen Greene, Associate Manager, said, “From the moment I started working with Maureen, she has consistently demonstrated an outstanding work ethic and a gracious personality. Every day, I receive compliments about her from Lankenau staff, visitors, patients, and even her fellow coworkers. Maureen always shows genuine concern and empathy to our visitors, offering comfort when they need it most.”

And for her exceptional service, she received a hand-written card and a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a family who was so touched by her kindness and compassion when visiting their relative in the hospital.

The Power of WOW! is all about going above and beyond and creating smiles by providing exceptional experiences. Recently a guest shared their feedback about how Guest Service Captain, Dyshaun Hubert at Philadelphia City Center Marriott, remained calm and went above and beyond in an emergency.

Another guest staying at the hotel took the time to share his feedback and commendations for Dyshaun’s actions aiding a woman who needed a trip to the ER. Not only did Dyshaun ensure the woman who was ill was cared for while waiting for the ambulance, he followed up with the woman’s companion by helping her to her room and brining her food while checking in on her.

Chris Bierbaum, Regional Vice President, noted, “this is incredible feedback on going above and beyond, Dyshaun. Thank you!”

Way to go, Dyshaun—your calm demeanor and care for the guest and their companion created a WOW Moment for another guest and reminds us how our actions can always impact those around us.

At Towne Health, the Power of WOW! is all about going above and creating smiles by providing exceptional experiences. Sometimes a small act of kindness can make a big difference, and that was the case for a patient’s daughter and her experience with Charlene Dye, GSC at Cleveland Clinic – Taussig Cancer Center. In fact, she was so moved she presented Charlene with a beautiful hand-written card thanking her for her care and kindness, closing with, “I will never forget you. You make a huge difference in people’s lives.”

What a beautiful reminder that small gestures can mean the world to someone going through a tough time. Way to go, Charlene! You really created a WOW moment for this visitor.

The Power of WOW is all about going above and beyond, and recently, our Account Manager at the Hyatt Regency in Boston, Alex Munderville, did just that.

When a couple experienced a medical emergency at the hotel, Alex was on hand to help and sat with the guests until the ambulance arrived. The next day he followed up with the couple and helped them get their car and handled all their bags. The guests were so WOWed by his service they sent us a letter, and we couldn’t have been prouder.

Michael Ullram, District Manager, said, “The team at this location gets a lot of praise from the client and guests for going above and beyond which is not hard to believe when the leader is taking action like this. Thank you, Alex!”

The Power of WOW! is all about going above and creating smiles by providing exceptional experiences. Recently when a patient couldn’t remember when she parked her car, our Towne Health team came to the rescue and created a WOW experience for her!

Our greeter promptly noticed the patient’s stress and called upon GSC Bobbie Young for assistance. While helping her, Bobbie took the proactive step of involving Lot Attendant, Blake Albright to locate Sue’s vehicle.

Sue expressed her gratitude, stating, ‘They were two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and so sincere. Thank you for helping find my way back to the car.’”

This feedback is a testament to the outstanding service provided by Bobbie and Blake and reflects our commitment to patient care and support.
