Today my sister and I were traveling from Orlando back home to Vero Beach. My sister’s husband had died three hours earlier at the Advent hospital in Orlando. She had accidentally run over a curb with her Mercedes, and something metal from beneath the car was hanging low. We hoped as we drove back to Vero that the piece would stay attached to the car until we could get it to her local Mercedes dealer. 10 minutes into our 2 1/2 hour drive to Vero, we heard the scraping of the metal under the car on the highway. Afraid that we would cause a fire due to sparks, we pulled off at the very first exit. On the right hand side we saw “Orlando Import Auto Specialists sign” - and we saw an active garage presence which reassured us that they were a service repair facility. We pulled in and I went in and told the man behind the counter that my brother in law had just died, and I explained the vehicle problem. He immediately called over a repair tech and instructed him to get it on a lift to see what was going on. 10 minutes later they came into the waiting room to tell us we were all set, the car would be fine. They refused any payment, saying to us “you’ve got enough going on right now”. My sister and I were in tears when we drove out of there. God was clearly directing us and these wonderful, generous, compassionate men - got us back on the road so we can move onto the myriad of things that await us as we prepare for my brother in law’s services. We can’t thank them enough. Please give them your business, if we lived closer we certainly would.

You guys are THE BEST!! My daughter, who lives in AL, had been having issues with her car for the past several months. She had taken her Saturn Ion to the GM dealer, at least 1 other mechanic shop, all the while dropping $$ to replace different items. She drove the car down here yesterday, about 400 miles, and you guys had the car for less than a half day and properly diagnosed the problem. You guys rock!!!!

The level of customer service with OIAS is unmatched with any recent auto service experience I have had in the last 15 years. They are honest and polite. When was the last time you went anywhere and they fixed the problem and said "no charge" OMG never!!! It turned out the fix was simple, but hey took👍 the time to do it. Great move guys, old school thinking you don't find these days. You will get all my business in the future!!
