I’ve never been happy with the service department at Mercedes Benz of south Orlando. But my new service advisor Nigel Vessels, made me have hopes again about the service department. He is always very courteous. Always calls me when there’s something wrong about our car and best of all take care of the situation. I don’t want any other advisor now. Please when my wife Mrs Cirolia’s CLA250 needs service please let Nigel take care of the car. We really trust him and we couldn’t be happier.
I was taken aback by the high level of customer service at MB of South Orlando and Mercedes-Benz's overall professional treatment of their customers. This is my wife's and I first Mercedes-Benz vehicle and will definitely will not be the last. The whole process was seamless though we were in the dealership close to six hours due to all the craziness with COVID-19. I appreciate our salesperson (Justin Carrion) and financing (Kyle) who made it all happen and we were able to walk out with a great deal and a 2018 GLE 350 for my wife. She's super excited and I'm just happy momma is happy so everyone else can be happy. Cheers.
Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased with the courtesy, assistance and professionalism the purchase of my new Mercedes was handled. Robert Coleman great Sale Director, Shante Canton sale assistant , Nancy Carrion Business Director ,all of them was very knowledgeable with the process, Good listener and try to go the extra miles for their customer. There are Very detailed oriented and explains from A to Z nothing hidden. Answers all questions and made the process very easy with high customer service skills.
I chose an 8 out of 10 because I believe getting the door panel to my 2017 GLE 350 took more than too long to get and my wife still does not have her promised owner’s manual for her 2017 GLA 250. One-point per. However, I would like to say BRAVO to Jeffrey Summers for cleaning up on isle 4. Jeffrey took this case by the horns and made it happen. To see the Director of Service come out, take the car himself to the back, and get it fixed, is what we in the Army call ("LEAD-FROM-THE-FRONT!"). Now that's bad ass right there! He found the part in another dealership, had it delivered ASAP and DONE! Solutions not excuses. Because of this, my wife and I are thinking of purchasing maintenance packages for both cars. Thank you, Jeff.🙂 I think, if possible, have training for all relevant service personnel to be able to outsource like Jeffrey did. Also, in the meantime, as the customer is waiting on such things, reinforce the communication to the customer, via text, email, regular mail, etc. that they have not been forgotten and that the case is still being handled. It took approximately four months to get the GLE 350 repaired and in that time, I never got an update as to the disposition of the case. And, to this day, my wife has not been notified about her manual and she purchased her car on October 08, 2019 @ 2131 hrs. EST. Please communicate with your customers as best possible. Especially during these testing times. Thank you.👍

Worst customer service ever even by thir country standards the service advisor Peter McDonald’s is one of the worst advisors I have deal with from the greeting to the lies on the price of the service and follow up to the completion of the job. if you need service in your car avoid this dealer at all cost.
Just had a really crappy service experience here. I guess I’ll have to try one of the other MB dealers in future. Odd that I’ve had better experiences at Infiniti, Cadillac, BMW and believe it or not even Chevrolet.

When you take your car in for service and they damage it then they inconvenience you for the repair. Customer service rep is evasive and rude. This is not what you expect from MB dealership.

The service agent answered my questions, and did not rush me. He was attentive and did not pressure me. He explained future maintenance that I will need. And I had a snack! The lounge was nice and the bathroom was clean.😊
