Our customers say it best: “I was impressed with Jacob the salesman that helped my husband and I when we arrived with a specific car in mind. There was never any pressure to buy a different car other than the 2018 car we were there to look at. Jacob was a really down to earth guy that has the perfect demeaner for that job. The finace guy I signed all of the paperwork with please forgive me I don't remember his name I want to say Carlos but it may not be correct. Anyway he wss awesome and helped me trememdously through the process. If we buy another car we will start our search with Universal for sure! I loved them all, one of the lovely ladies took our picture with our new car and treated us with wonderful respect and concern that we were completely happy. Thank you so very much to everyone involved in this car buying experience I did not feel the anxiety that I have felt in other car purchase experiences.
