Running a field of 4 BMW E46 M3 in the Grand Am Continental Sports Car Series the team won the 2007 GS Class Championship in the hand of Jeff Segal and Team/Owner Jep Thornton.Automatic Racing goals for 2011 is running it's newly built BMW E92 M3 and taking it to the top spot!

Automatic Racing and Tate Pritt wrapped up the 2026 IMSA Ford Racing Mustang Challenge season this past weekend at Circuit of The Americas. Tate showed amazing growth this year, and did a phenomenal job all season long. He was rewarded for his consistency with a 5th place finish in the Championship Points standings.

We would like to thank everyone at IMSA, Ford Racing, Michelin, JACKSON Marketing, Wheelhouse, VP Racing Fuels and all others that supported the series this year. There are so many people involved in making sure that a race weekend and a season are a success, and we are appreciative of our friends that ensure that this happens. We would also like to extend our thanks to all of our competitors in the paddock for the friendship off track as well as the great competition on it!!

We would like to extend our gratitude to family, friends, and fans that stopped by to say hi to the team in the paddock. And thanks to all of you who supported us from home by watching the races and sending us messages on social media. Thanks for your interest in Automatic Racing.

We eagerly look forward to the 2027 season, and seeing everyone at Daytona in January.

It was a great race 1 for Tate Pritt and the Automatic Racing team. While the race was run in the evening, both the ambient and track temperatures were still very high. Managing tires was a huge issue, and Tate did that to perfection. After an exciting battle on track with Will Lucas, Tate ended the race in P4. It was an excellent finish for Tate and the team.

We are back on track tomorrow for race 2, and that starts at 9:50 AM CT.

We are starting race 1 here at COTA in P4 after an excellent qualifying session from Tate Pritt. Let's get on the podium...

It's time for the season finale for the IMSA Mustang Challenge Series. We head to Circuit of The Americas this weekend to wrap things up for this year, and Tate Pritt and the team are looking to build on our solid finishes from VIR.

This is a unique weekend for us, as we run as the support series to the FIA WEC race. If you are in the Austin area, this is a great event and an opportunity to see amazing cars on track (especially ours!). If you can't come in person, watch all of the action on the Peacock app or the Ford Racing YouTube channel.

RACE #2 - 6 SEPT 9:50 am - 10:35 am CT

We had a very good weekend at VIRginia International Raceway with our Ford Racing Mustang Dark Horse R. Tate Pritt had solid runs in both races, finishing P5 on Saturday and P6 on Sunday in a very competitive field of cars. In terms of the point standings, Tate maintains 5th overall.

We have a short turnaround as we head to Circuit of The Americas in a week for our final event of the season. Mustang Challenge will be running as the support series for FIA WEC. It's a great opportunity to come out and watch some amazing cars race, so come join us at the track in Austin.
