All payments are due at time of service.

We're implementing a small policy change, effective immediately:

If you will not be home for your scheduled booking, PAYMENT MUST BE submitted BEFORE we begin our cleaning. You may leave payment on the kitchen counter, or we will collect payment when confirming your appointment either at booking, or the morning of your booking date.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an attempt to clean up our payment process. As we grow, it's becoming more difficult to make sure our clients are paying in a timely manner. This, we feel, will solve this issue.

We back our clients with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with our work, and you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, we will come back and fix anything, FREE OF CHARGE.

We work very hard to make sure we complete your projects accurately and efficiently, and in return, appreciate payments in a timely manner.

P.S. We also offer a monthly payment option for those who need help with this issue.

We will be emailing a copy of this policy change to all of our clients and speaking with you guys individually to get everyone on the same page. TIA!
