Central Florida Toyota received a lucky delivery of the first-ever 2022 Toyota Tundra!
I just traded my 2018 Rav4 for a New RAV4 2021, The Salesperson I correspondent with was Frank Rosales, He went above and beyond my expectation. The Automobile was not delivered at the time of estimated purchase, but Frank not only reached out to me to ensure that I was up to date on the status. When the Automobile finally did arrived he offered to show me all the new functions and setting up my blue tooth. If ever your interested in purchasing a New or Used Toyota, I would highly recommend Toyota of Orlando and Sales Representative Frank Rosales.😀I am one happy Camper. Love my new Ruby Red RAV4.

Service sucks, over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and still hasn’t gone in for servicing.
Another sh*tty shady car dealer Imagine that. DO YOUR JOB IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO MARK A CAR SOLD AND EVEN LESS HARDER TO TAKE THAT VEHICLE DOWN WHEN IT SELLS! BUT HEY LEAVE IT UP WELL HARRASS YOU ABOUT SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT AND WE WILL EVEN RUN YOURCREDIT ON VEHICLES WE NO LONGER OWN OR ARE IN OUR POSESSION!
Why is it dealers have a "click for today's price" option, but never send you the price? They just call. If you don't want to give the price, remove the option from the website.

My Husband and I broke down in Orlando last week and we would like to thank the whole team at Central Florida Toyota. We are from Southwest Florida and not familiar with your area. Our advisor Nick, car rental person Anthony and our mechanic Hugo. They were terrific!! Nick even called us on his day off. Hugo came out to get us and to show us that he found critters had started a nest under the hood of the car. It was a comfort when you are so far from home and you don't know the area. Congratulations to management for hiring great employees.
Just had an experience with this Toyota dealership....went to their website during the night...this was their ad...during the night I communicated with their website robot....set up an appointment. Stayed up all night to be the first one there. Got a text from Mary Correa at 0758 that said the truck was in the body shop getting the running boards painted and would most likely not be able to see the truck today. I explained I did not have to see the running boards if I could just see the truck. She said she is working on it. ...all this is on texts on my phone. I let her know I was up all night and to please let me know.
0827 I get a phone call from Ismael Reyes stating the truck is in getting its safety inspection and would probably not be able to see the truck until Monday and he was quick to try to hang up but I told him I was told the running boards were getting painted....he said who did I speak to....when I said Mary he said oh ok he will let her know we talked. I texted Mary back at 0941 asking if she had heard anything or should I just go to sleep? She calls me at 1018 saying that the truck would not be available until Mon and that the price on the internet was wrong and that the real price is 32k and wanted to know if she would see me on Mon. The original price in the ad was 21,777. I have pics of the ad and if you like at their website at this time it still shows this price.

I been a customer for more than 10 years, my family and friends buy from this dealer. I'm a Jr. and this people sold a car to my father under my name affecting my credit. I was NOT present in the sale, my father use his own social security and still they put the car on my credit. I been contacting the dealer fro more then 3 months and noting get done. Miriam Gutierrez from finance don't return calls, requested to talk to a manager and never go thru always voice mails. The sale rep Sevastian is a TOP seller simply the best but financing and management is letting him down.
