I have purchased at least 40 vehicles from many dealers in my lifetime. I have never had a better experience than my interaction with Don Mealey's Sport Mazada and their incredible staff. My salesperson, Mike Bustad was terrific as was his manager. I had a couple of issues that I noticed after taking delivery. I made a phone call to Mike, he worked with his service department and set up a day and time that worked for me to bring the car in. My service coordinator Stephen knocked it out of the park in working with me and making my experience with Don Mealey's an absolute pleasure. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And by the way, I also love my CX-9

How about you not put of my scheduled appointment because it was a recall instead of a paid repair. How about having the advisor who said he would see me there actually be there. How about having the repair that according to your own personal should at most take 2 to three ( he padded the time estimate as your computer said an hour and a half take less than 6 hours. Your advisor said he called me, I don't know who he called when my car was finally ready 6 hours later but it wasn't me. The female advisor that I got my paperwork and keys from was very nice though. Did I mention I waited at the dealership for 3 hours before I left.

Courteous efficient and knowledgeable service
I had an issue with out Miata while on vacation. Nick, the service manager, worked us in immediately, identified the issue and scheduled me to have it installed the next morning so I wouldn’t be wasting our vacation time. The technician was great at keeping me informed of the progress and had me back on my vacation quickly. Fantastic service! If this isn’t the Mazda service department you locals use, it should be!
I stopped in to Sport Mazda on Sat orginally for service to my mazda 3, wich I leased from there. While I was waiting my husband and I decided to kill time by walking around and looking at the used cars. Thats when I saw it the perfect cx9 touring addition. I have always loved the CX9 and with being pregnant i knew I needed a bigger car. The price was amazing and the touring eddition had everything I wanted included. We walking inside and asked for a test drive, thats when we meet my car buying angel, Marlyn. She sat us down went over everything we wanted and needed, and took us for a test drive. I loved the car and she got to work right away making sure i got the deal I needed. We were there a while waiting on paperwork, and marlyn being the angel she is made sure because I am pregnan that I had something to eat while waiting. In the end i got the car i wanted and needed at the price I wanted. Marlyn went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful! I would recommend sport mazda to anyone looking for a car as i bought 2 cars from them so far and they have been the easiest most enjoyablecar buying experiences i have ever had, I would especially recommend Maryln Santos who made us feel like family!
The professionalism and pleasant attitudes
Only about sales I went to look at a car and they didn’t offer a test drive or anything went straight to paper work even appraised my car that I wasn’t even trading just over all annoyed I would have bought if it wasn’t so pushy
This dealership disgusts me, I have concrete proof that an employee forged my name on bank contracts, credit applications, bank signature cards and they don’t give a damn. They have violated over 35 laws against me and they could care less.
