When are you guys moving to your new home?
Worst experience I've had with trying to buy a vehicle. A listing has additional service costs???? Add that to the price tag! Waste of time and waste of energy.
Orlando WV South 5474 S. Orange Blossom Trl. Orlando, Florida, 32839. I have 2018 VW Tiguan. It is still under warranty. In May 2022 I took it to get water leak repair due to manufacturer problem. They had to replace all interior flooring but did not replaced passenger side floor mat tags.There was also damage to sunroof seal gasket. They refuse to repair. When I came for appointment they told me they ordered wrong floor mat tags and told me they will call. Since then I haven’t heard from them and been ignored. I have been calling them, left a voicemail many time never got a word. I hope they will fix damages they made to my car.
Loyal VW owner from out of town. Called to replace a tire on my Arteon. Service guy Mike was rude, no empathy of my emergency, and basically scolded me that I had wrong tire information. No tires in stock for an Arteon. Unbelievable service from VW dealership. Pass on them

3 months ago i purchased a $50k car from you. I have called multiple times trying to get ahold of the GM to address the all the issues. No call back at all besides multiple sales people calling me to purchase a new car. Really??
I went for an oil change and they took care of at the time of my appointment, awesome job.
Brought my vw bettle in to have a part replaced and was greeted with kindness courtesy and professionalism.

we just purchased a car here and had a great experience, so different from many of the other car dealerships. We were greeted by Cole, who was both genuine and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and really worked with us to find us the perfect car. Alfredo the sales manager was also very patient and professional in showing us the different options and scenarios. we went home to go through the options and were pleasantly surprised that they were not pushy or aggressive to follow up. Classy- just like their cars!!!! When we returned, Tamara from finance was bubbly, knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. We even met the GM Chuck, a humble genuine people person, which explains how the characteristics are reflected throughout the dealership. Wonderful experience, highly recommend starting your car search at David Maus VW SOUTH before heading any where else. Thank you for making our car purchasing experience so nice!
