A little more work getting done on this JL 392. We did the coilover kit, 4.88’s a couple years ago. Now it was time to dress up the outside! You can’t go wrong with flares! inner fenders gave us just enough clearance in the right spots so modifying for the reservoirs was minor. Hopefully tomorrow I can get the sliders welded into place and just about have this Hotrod ready to tear it up!

Slight frame modification I've been working on for .thomas TJ. This will let me run the shock in a forward position, raise and move the fuel tank rearward and give more run for uptravel. Plus I get to play with (Learn how) to use some new tools that I've added to the shop😬

Photo dump of a YJ we built about a month ago. JK 44 front housing and a Non Rubi Jk rear. 35 spline shafts, Lockers front and rear with 5:13 gears. 3 link front arms are our own design using a combination of bushings and heim joints. A forged Jk track bar bolted into a custom frame bracket to keep the axle in place and Big Bore hydro assist kit connected to a custom drag link (also using JK Tre's) and a synergy JK tie rod keeps the tires straight down the road. supplied the Coil/shock towers and 4.5" TJ coil springs gave is the height we needed. I've been dreaming this build up for several years and was finally able to put one together for a customer and we are all extremely pleased with the result. An extremely nice driving and riding YJ that works awesome on the trails as well😁
