FINAL DISCLOSURE - Defamation. The Record. The Cost. The Lesson.

Four days of disclosure stripped away the polish and the performance. What remains is motive.

For Usman, Affnan and , this was never about justice.
It was a personal grievance disguised as litigation.

The record shows a buyer who made deliberate choices, certified them to the federal government, and then rejected the consequences when they no longer served his desires. When accountability failed to deliver satisfaction, the legal system became a weapon.

What the public has now seen is how easily wealth masquerades as virtue. How appearances are mistaken for stature, and how some mistake what they stand on for what they stand for.

Behind the façade was not accountability, but Greed.
Not humility, but Pride.
Not truth, but Envy.
Not restraint, but Wrath.
Not diligence, but Sloth.
Not integrity, but Deceit, the shadow twin of Lust for money and status that these two evoke.

Every one of the Seven Deadly Sins found its way into this case, not as metaphor, but as real behavior.

This campaign did not arise by accident. It was engineered, escalated, and pushed forward despite a record that contradicted it, enabled by a system that allows legal impossibilities to be filed and weaponized long enough to cause real harm.

Businesses were damaged.
Family members were dragged in.
Pressure replaced truth.

That is the lesson.

America’s legal system is not meant to be a stage for ego, entitlement, or scorched-earth tactics funded by wealth. Justice is not endurance. Truth is not spectacle, and intimidation is not accountability.

This post cites unaltered court filings, pre-litigation correspondence, and stipulated communications from the public record.

The materials show a vindictive litigation campaign initiated by Usman Abid Chowdhry and executed by his creative writing drama 🎭 director Kiarash Jafari, Esq., aimed not just at a company, but at family members with no contractual role and no legal basis to be named.

From day one, the case was framed as fraud with punitive damages, asserted at filing through a verified complaint, a rare tool that binds a plaintiff to the truth. Here, it was used for optics, not accuracy.

Exhibits were selectively curated and redacted to sell a one-sided narrative:

• Maximum allegations, minimal proof
• Scorched-earth pleadings over targeted claims
• Reputation damage first, facts later

The record shows the real dispute was about regulatory outcomes and timing, not theft, deception, or disappearance at purchase. That distinction matters.

This series isn’t about insults or speculation. It’s about process, proportionality, and accountability, and what happens when litigation is used as a weapon to intimidate and rewrite history.

Day 2 establishes that Usman Abid Chowdhry was not misled, uninformed, or passive, he was the applicant. The record shows impatience, not confusion: he certified display-only terms to obtain the permits now, then immediately sought registration and personal use once the vehicle arrived, in a direct circumvention of the Federal Clean Air Act.

Mr. Chowdhry personally authored, revised, signed, and submitted multiple federal certifications to EPA Imports Officer David C. Hurlin, repeatedly acknowledging, in his own words, that the vehicle:

1) Could not be registered
2) Could not be driven on public roads
3) Could only be trailered for display
4) Had to be exported or destroyed at the end of the exemption

These were custom letters, assisted by Phase9 and resubmitted no fewer than eleven (11) times before EPA approval. After that many iterations, claims of ignorance or attempts to shift blame to Phase9 and other defendants, collapse under the federal legal and factual record.

The stipulated record further reflects that Phase9 advised holding the vehicle in Japan until full EPA 21-year maturity, allowing entry under NHTSA’s permanent Show & Display pathway and lawful public-road use. That option existed. It was declined. Mr. Chowdhry chose immediate import under a strict one-year display exemption, and accepted the limits that came with it.

He identified himself as the owner, listed his personal contact information, and certified, multiple times, that he understood and accepted these conditions. This was not done to him. This was his choice, and to later claim ignorance from the law is disingenuous at best! His plan was to showboat the vehicle, however on a personal level, in complete disregard of the federal regulations he certified he would abide by. Instead his was a false promise to the federal government. When this vehicle entered California, he later found out Phase9 was not willing to assist him break the federal rules when he demanded Montana reg. and for private daily use. Hence why his attorney (SBN # 299610) sued 🖕🏽🤡🖕🏽

Usman Abid Chowdhry may tell any version of events he wants. It doesn’t matter. The facts are documented, timestamped, and admitted. Storytelling doesn’t change the record.

Recycling fabricated allegations doesn’t make them true. Vindictive filings submitted by on Usman Chowdhry’s behalf repeat accusations lifted nearly verbatim from prior pleadings authored by Bradley Jerrod Yourist, Esq. in Meredith v. Tissera. That comparison will be addressed publicly in full. Copy-and-paste advocacy is not evidence.

The record shows Usman Chowdhry voluntarily selected a 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (Midnight Purple II | VIN BNR34-002702), the same spec owned by his then friend Marc. When the Japanese seller withdrew, Usman Chowdhry did not cancel and did not request a refund. Instead, he knowingly chose to “upgrade” to a rarer, higher-value 2002 GT-R M-Spec Nür ( #223 / #285 | VIN BNR34-403784) with stricter regulations. The paper trail reflects enthusiasm, not reluctance.

Before purchase, Usman Chowdhry expressly acknowledged the vehicle could not be registered in California and stated his intent to register it in Montana, as documented in his own messages and filings, positions that directly conflict with representations made to the EPA and NHTSA, contrary to what his attorney Kiarash Jafari tried to hide in court and from the jury!

Public Record Disclosure # 1

With counsel’s approval, Phase9MotorSports’s Mr. Franz Tissera is publishing unaltered excerpts from the stipulated record, admitted trial exhibits, and filed appellate materials in Usman v. Phase9MotorSports, et al.

This lawsuit does not arise from fraud, deception, or any scam, but from Usman Abid Chowdhry’s impatience after federal import restrictions, despite repeated Phase9 warnings of the vehicle’s limits on how it could be used once stateside.

After an initial 1999 Midnight Purple II V-Spec Skyline (VIN # BNR34-002702) transaction in Japan did not proceed, at Usman’s request to one-up his then friend Marc Tchmanian (), Phase9 was asked to source a rarer and higher-value 2002 Nissan Skyline GT-R M-Spec Nür (Build #223 / #285 | VIN # BNR34-403784). That substitution was approved in writing at Usman Chowdhry’s request. Additional funds were wired by him in addition to $30,000 in enhancement upgrades for purchase, and all EPA and DOT/NHTSA correspondence confirming the vehicle’s limited-use status was addressed directly to and from Usman Chowdhry himself.

Usman Chowdhry reviewed, executed, and signed the federal Show and Display exemption, acknowledging the vehicle could not be registered or driven on public roads. NHTSA and EPA expressly advised that federal law governed, and that NHTSA approval did not override EPA restrictions.

When those restrictions conflicted with his expectations, the dispute was reframed as fraud, despite extensive documentation showing the terms were fully disclosed and accepted. The jury awarded $0 in compensatory damages while awarding punitive damages, an outcome legally defective under California law.

This case is a contractual dispute arising from dissatisfaction with federal restrictions Mr. Chowdhry clearly knew in advance—not misrepresentation or unlawful conduct by Phase9 or the Tissera family.
