66 Olds Cutlass in for new body bushings and core support bushings. In and out in the same day! Back on the road!

1966 Suburban Update: We got a pair of TMI Products fronts seat for the Suburban and modified the passenger seat to flip up like the old K5 Blazers. We took a K5 seat flip and cut it down to fit with the TMI seats. We also cut the floor and welded in the hook pocket. For the rear seat, we modified a TMI front bench seat and notched it to clear around the rear wheel tubs. We are pretty happy how it all turned out. Soon it will go to Bills Auto Upholstery to get panels and console made. Getting all the rough interior work done before paint saves a lot of headaches trying to do it after it’s all painted.

66 Comet came in for some engine noise and not running good. Well, we found the problem. Broken rocker stud. Just about all the bearings inside the other rockers were very hard to roll or were crunchy sounding. So we replaced the cheap overseas rockers with a set of Harland Sharp Roller Rockers rockers along with Automotive Racing Products Inc. rocker studs. Back on the road again!

1932 Ford came in with broken bolts that hold the panhard bar to the rearend third member. We removed the pinion support housing, removed the broken bolts and put it back together in just a few hours. In and out, nothing sits in hot rod jail!

1983 Olds Hurst looks like it’s fresh of the showroom floor. Only 25k miles on it. If you notice, the gauge cluster is Canadian. This car was supposed to go to Canada when it was build but ended up staying in the US. Customer brought it in for a valve cover leak. We also found the rear end housing leaking so we re-sealed that too. Back on the road!

We are wrapping up the rear suspension on the 68 Camaro. We love using the Quick Performance rear ends. Complete 9” upgrade for just about any classic or hot rod. We also added rear Wilwood Engineering to match the fronts. Just waiting on the LS to come back so we can fully assemble and paint it.

The front end of the 68 Camaro really came together nicely. Always nice to start with a fresh blasted and powder coated subframe thanks to . Front suspension from brakes from along with the .innovations brake booster which will be a major key component to stopping this car.

Really clean 68 Camaro headed home this week. We fixed leaks, fixed a broken seat adjuster cable, a drivers window, replaced engine and transmission mounts and subframe bushings. We also took care of a coolant leak, made some carb adjustments, added a radio and speakers and installed under dash gauges to see what’s really going on with the engine.

57 Chevy came back in for a few upgrades. We installed new carburetors, cleaned up the spark plug wires and added a new radio. We also added a pair of hood hinges. Get em in, get em right and get em back on the road! No car jail here!

Really clean 55 Chevy Truck heading home with a new radiator, shroud and brushless cooling fan. We also replaced the water pump, a leaking fuel pump, fixed a leaking carburetor, rear end seal and a leaking power steering rack. Seems everything was leaking. The lower control arms received new bushings. Back on the road and ready to cruise again. By the way, this truck really drives nice. Not many home builds are this nice. Probably a 15 year old build with the help of and back then.
