Outpost Tours will resume this week! These tours provide an opportunity for visitors to become immersed in the natural world and gain a better understanding of the forces that shape the environment of the Gulf Coast region of Southeast Texas. 🌿🌊

Starting Tuesday, March 3, join us for Outpost Tours on:
⏰ Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
⏰ Saturdays at noon and 2 p.m.

🎟️ Outpost Tour passes are free and available on a first come, first served basis at the Garden entrance. Adults and children 4 years of age or older are welcome to participate.

*Please note that Outpost Tours may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather, heat index > 100, unsafe water conditions or operational considerations beyond our control.

Latest Winter Storm impact probabilities for Saturday have been upped to 95% for almost all of OK, TN, VA, and NC. 80-90% for AR, MS, northern AL, GA, and SC.
The southern edge of the 60% line now runs west/east along Austin, Conroe, Jasper, TX, Natchez, Meridian, MS, Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, to Myrtle Beach, SC.
This is a once in 30 year caliber storm for the southern Plains/southern US.

⚜️ It’s Mardi Gras, y’all! ⚜️

Mardi Gras on the Sabine is headed back to Orange, Texas, on Saturday, February 7, 2026, for a weekend overflowing with live music, Cajun fare, a parade, and fun for the whole family! Whether you’re here for the beads, the beats, or just some good old-fashioned fun, don your best purple, green, and gold (and Orange!) and let the good times roll at this Mardi Gras celebration!

Explore Orange is hosting a full day of festivities beginning at 2:00 pm at the Riverfront Boardwalk & Pavilion, nestled on the banks of the Sabine River in downtown Orange. Sitting steps from the Krewe of Krewes parade route, the Pavilion will be the heart of the celebration. Families can enjoy a full day of revelry by joining in during the 2nd Line March – a New Orleans-style tradition where the crowd becomes part of the march, waving handkerchiefs and strutting with colorful umbrellas to the music of a brass band – that will lead the Krewe de Kids parade as it rolls down the Boardwalk! Festivalgoers can also savor Cajun dishes from on-site food vendors, enjoy libations from Free State Cellars Winery and VFW Beer Booth, and experience other activities throughout the day.

The tradition continues Saturday evening with the 22nd Annual Krewe of Krewes Parade, hosted by the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce. Floats decked out in Mardi Gras decor will toss beads, trinkets, and Mardi Gras throws while winding through downtown Orange and right past the Riverfront Pavilion!

After the Krewe of Krewes Parade, opener Four Horses will kick off the evening’s live music, followed by headliner Wayne Toups and his signature Zydecajun sound!

Texas Twelve RV Park wishes everyone a Happy New Year! 🎆

As we enter a new year, we have spent the last few days reflecting on what 2025 brought us and taught us. And, how thankful we are that we have the best guests staying here.

This year brought us-
☀️A brand new opening with a full park in 30 days.
👫🏻 meeting new people from all over the country.

It taught us-
🪏🔨. Rome wasn’t built in a day. There will always be weeds to spray, grass to cut,
and we will always be evolving.
🗄️. To be better organized, structured and intentional on how to best serve our guests.
🧤Gardening gloves are an absolute necessity!

We are very excited to ring in a new year, new guests, and new plans on the horizon.

We’re doing final inspections now… as of 11/26/25 city building codes passed, plumbing and gas line codes passed, Fire Marshall passed…
Electrical and Health Dept. final inspections will be Monday 12/1/25.. should pass….. We have started calling in the new Employees to train …. I think we’re two weeks away!! I think!!!
