CarwashU wants you to join the management team at our brand new facility in Orange Park.
Management experience is required. Car wash experience is preferred but not necessary. We can teach you car washing!
As part of our Management team, you will facilitate delivering wash services to our customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.
Hopefully you like hats, because at CarwashU you get to wear a lot of them!
Your daily function include but are not limited to the following:
Perform duties of Manager when not present.
Help supervise and manager the entire car wash team.
Monitor and control chemicals.
Conduct equipment repairs pro-actively and troubleshoot problems quickly.
Focus on customer satisfaction.
Conduct initial and periodic checks throughout the day to eliminate problems in the wash process
Perform daily cleaning procedures on the tunnel and equipment.
Maintain the appearance of outside landscaping.
Keep personnel clean and uniforms neat in appearance.
Ensure that attendants smile and give the thumbs-up sign to every customer when delivering guide-on instructions.
Check the functioning of vacuums throughout the day.
Maintain the cleanliness of the vacuum area throughout the day.
Continue to improve knowledge of equipment.
Assist attendants in the Dry Down process.
Guide on vehicles.
