Good evening Nexa Nations just letting you know there are a few good Lenders that are doing these loans. I also have a hook up for people who not only want to refinance there loan and include their current Solar loan into a mortgage but also for the people who want to add Solar to their current home. There are some guidelines that must be followed doing these mortgages but the programs are great. Might want to find out about these loans because Solar is growing crazy right now in Florida

There are truly only a few lenders that have investors that will Underwrite this program. If you have a Client in Florida or TN that wants to consolidate their Loan on their solar systems or add Solar to their homes and finance it with a refinance on their Mortgage without having to worry about Cash out Guidelines and LTV's give me a call or send me a message I would love to help
