Yesterday they got right to me and checked out my escape and cleared my problem. Then the ordered a new part in case the problem returns. I appreciate their thoughtfulness.

Took my Ford F-150 in today for a oil change , tire rotation , also had my battery checked and brakes checked while I was there waiting ,. Staff is very friendly , knowledgeable , was done in a timely manner . Waiting area is very clean , and comfortable . Have dealt with them many , many years .

These guys were straight forward and their first price was better then everyone else's best price within a 50 mile radius. Did the deal online from home, did not waste hours of my time. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. Coming in to take delivery and sign the documents was just as painless. It was worth my one hour drive.

My husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST there recently and the whole experience was great! Good people, fair pricing!

Service Dept is nothing but a rip-off

Stop charging $250.00 + to diagnose problem. If you want me to have you repair my truck, tell me what it will cost with out adding a diagnostic charge to it. I will not pay $750 for a $500 repair. I will go to an honest shop.

It was awesome to back out of my drive this morning and not hear my brakes squeal ( just part of the 9 month nightmare we got from Tire Kingdom) and to feel secure our car is safe to drive!

The money we thought we would save buying tires on "sale" from ( S Woodland, DeLand) Tire Kingdom, ultimately cost us way more than any savings! Though the tires were acceptable, we were sold faulty - improperly installed - brakes that ultimately damaged the rotors, making for multiple issues and visits back to their shop the past nine months; we had mis alignment after an alignment and a broken seat ( really, they somehow broke the electric control panel of the driver seat!)! We spent too many wasted hours trying to get all the items fixed. It has been a horrible experience with TK!
But... We are so happy that we came to Coggin DeLand Ford and you all were able to do what needed to be done to make our auto safe again - for us and others on the roads!

Steve is great. He tells me exactly what's wrong with the car, options to fix it and plans for service down the road. He makes sure that we are not inconvenienced And provides solutions if the vehicle needs to spend a day or two. In other words I do not stress when Steve is there.

I will not be recommend your company any more. I sent my son to buy a car from you. You asked him who recommend for him to go there and promised to send me a $100 check. almost 3 months went by and still no check. My son went there and asked about it and was told you don't do it any more. Well 2h3n he bought his car you were so you should live up to your bargain.
