Involves troubleshooting and repairing electric and gas golf carts as well as installing custom accessories (rear seats, lifts, custom electronics, stereos, etc...) Applicant must understand basic electrical principles and be capable of isolating and repairing electrical issues in a D/C system. Must be familiar with theory of operation of air cooled gas engines and associated components. Must have your own tools (specialty tools are provided). Must have pride in craftsmanship.

Involves troubleshooting and repair of gas and electric golf carts, as well as custom work, including lift kits, rear seat kits, wiring and installing custom electronics, etc... Must understand basic electric principles (ohms law, resistance, voltage, current) involving both A/C and D/C systems. Must be capable of working on air-cooled gas engines and associated components, and understand theory of operation (carburetor, fuel pump, magneto, CDI, etc...). Must have your own basic tools (specialty tools are provided). Must have pride in quality of work.

We’ve been rebuilding a ton of these robins motors lately, I dare say that our motor guy, Matt, is getting pretty good at these things! Each motor is run on a test stand twice to check for leaks and to burn off the assembly l**e, as well as give it a little bit of a break-in.
