Applicant must understand basic electrical principles and be capable of isolating and repairing electrical issues in a D/C system. Must be familiar with theory of operation of air cooled gas engines and associated components. Must have your own tools (specialty tools are provided). Must have pride in craftsmanship.

Involves troubleshooting and repair of gas and electric golf carts, as well as custom work, including lift kits, rear seat kits, wiring and installing custom electronics, etc... Must understand basic electric principles (ohms law, resistance, voltage, current) involving both A/C and D/C systems. Must be capable of working on air-cooled gas engines and associated components, and understand theory of operation (carburetor, fuel pump, magneto, CDI, etc...). Must have your own basic tools (specialty tools are provided). Must have pride in quality of work.

We’ve been rebuilding a ton of these robins motors lately, I dare say that our motor guy, Matt, is getting pretty good at these things! Each motor is run on a test stand twice to check for leaks and to burn off the assembly l**e, as well as give it a little bit of a break-in. One of the biggest disappointments for me in this industry is the fact that Chinese made lift kits are almost of the same quality as American made. It’s a shame that manufacturing stateside has become so low quality, at least in my industry. I refuse to sell these lift kits unless I have personally replaced the heim joints or am positive of their integrity. From now on, only stainless heim joints will be used with these lift kits. They may be more expensive, and the company will absolutely profit less from this, but you’ll never have to worry about this happening with your family on board. I look forward to the day when American manufacturing stops trying to compete with China, and just simply tries to be the best. One of the redeeming qualities about our countries is that when there’s a problem, we fix it. As an American company, we hold no quarter for low quality, and we will always try to be the best. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

This cart started off life as a beat-up workhorse with a good set of bones. We stripped it down, and completely transformed this vehicle into a street legal LSV that now happily cruises the roads here in Florida.

Just wrapped up this beautiful street legal Club Car DS build tonight! This vehicle started life as a basic, beat up looking DS with screws in the body and a rickety dump bed on the back. This was a complete frame-up refurb. I’m sure she’s much happier now, and will be even happier when her new D&D high speed motor arrives 😬😬😬 Let us know what you think of her in the comments!
