Who is the mystery man on The Welcome Home Team? 👀

If you've watched enough of Maria Rini and Rich Gneiding's videos, you may have noticed someone is usually missing.
Rich's dad works with the family too, but there's one small problem: he won't go on camera.
Apparently, some people even think the two Riches are the same person.
So Maria and Rich have a solution.

Downsizing isn't about figuring out how to fit everything into a smaller home.
Sometimes you have to let things go.
Maria Rini and Rich Gneiding explain why anyone moving from a larger house into a condo should start with the new floor plan.

When you buy a condo, you're buying into the association too.

Maria Rini and Rich Gneiding discuss why reserve studies, structural evaluations and the amount of money a condo association has set aside can matter to both current owners and future buyers.

Major repairs to common areas can get expensive. An association with adequate reserves may be better prepared when those expenses arrive.

So when you're looking at a condo, don't stop at the condition of the unit.

Ask about the association. Ask about its reserves. Ask about upcoming projects and how prepared it is for future expenses.

Those details can become an important part of your buying decision.

After 22 years, we’re putting our own family home on the market. Welcome to 632 Iroquois Street in Oradell, NJ. This isnt just another listing for The Welcome Home Team—it’s our home. It’s where we’ve hosted holidays and dinner parties, gathered around the fireplace, watched our son and his friends take over the basement, and held more than a few Texas Hold em tournaments. Our home is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Center Hall Ranch with an expansive finished basement, a wood-burning fireplace, a 2-car attached garage, and an oversized, private property. We've made 22 years of memories here. Now, we're excited to see another family make it their own.
