We get so many great reviews from all of you about our Parts & Service team, so this week we wanted to put the spotlight on the people behind them and give them a BIG shoutout for everything they do. ⭐️

🔧 The Chads — Keeping You Camp-Ready
“Little” Chad and “Big” Chad are the guys helping keep things moving in service. From prepping units for sale and helping customers get their RV ready for the weekend to answering questions and handling the final walkthrough on a new purchase, they’re a big part of making sure you feel ready before you hit the road.

🧼 Gavin + Popcorn — Making Sure It’s Ready to Roll
These two keep things looking sharp around here. Gavin and Popcorn handle washing, lot maintenance and getting units cleaned up before they head home with their new owners. A lot of the details you notice before you ever pull off the lot start with them.

👋 Mrs. Liz — The Friendly Face of Parts & Service
If you’ve called us about parts, warranty or service, there’s a good chance you’ve already talked to Mrs. Liz. She’s our go-to for keeping things organized, helping customers find what they need and making sure you’re taken care of when you walk through the door.

It takes a whole team to create the kind of Parts & Service experience so many of you have taken the time to leave great reviews about — and we’re pretty proud of this one. ❤️

Big shoutout to Little Chad, Big Chad, Gavin, Popcorn and Mrs. Liz!
