Wow, certainly frustrating. I recently purchased a new F250 Platinum 4x4 truck from you guys and had a good experience and I’ve had good experiences with your service in the past. I purchased a pair of inside
front wheel liners for you to install on the new truck. After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes past my appointment timee, I saw the truck and looked at it you had put in the floor mats I ordered but not the wheel well liners...but you did fix a PCM recall. Then you took the truck back again and it’s 12:40 (my appointment was at 10:00AM). And I’m still sitting and waiting. No sense of energy, urgency or focus on customers visible anywhere (yes, I know we must be careful because of COVID but you just seem lazy and lackadaisical). The General Manager needs to walk the floor and shake this place up or be replaced himself. C’mon guys, I’m a loyal Ford owner and want to be your champion but you are making it very hard.
Bought a vehicle from Opelika ford Tuesday delivery was for Wednesday. My salesman big john was great. He called Wednesday to get my insurance info and verify what time we’d be picking up new vehicle. Halfway there he calls and says oops it was sold. No way to do business !!!

Had my resent Service done and was Very Satisfied. In and out, in about 45 min.

Stop stealing parts off of customers vehicles
They kept changing their mind on the deal - over and over until we just left without a vehicle. I was approved and everything so apparently they are not worried about selling a car.
The staff is very courteous and friendly and makes the buying process easy and simple
I have gotten two new vehicles this week Zachary and Blake done a great job along with everyone else could not have been more pleased with my experience I give it two thumbs up five stars

Please I’m praying I hear from Charles Today. I was promised a loaner vehicle I’m still making payments on the Ford Focus that is down for forth time due to defective transmission not even counting the one from the manufacturer. I have done the things they ask me to do still no word. I have spent the entire night praying and in tears reading all the reviews on the Ford Motor Company about the focus and all the promises made to customers. I beg of you to provide loaner car as I was promised and repair the defective transmission once again. This is very stressful and something I really don’t know how to cope with very well as I’m recovering from a stroke. This is not what I need. It’s time for school to start back I have no transportation. I would not want anyone to go through this, I can’t cope. I’m reaching out to anyone who can advise me friends? do I contact state/local congressman about these kinds of issues This should not be fair that Ford can not keep the promises they make
