NOW HIRING A DISPATCHER!!!
Tow truck dispatchers take calls for service, relay the requests to drivers, and monitor the progress of the tow. Using computer-aided dispatch systems, they keep records and prepare detailed reports of all calls and all communications with towing services. Dispatchers are required to stay in touch with drivers on the road, using phones, computers, so they can solve problems and answer questions..

I wanted to express our sincerest gratitude to Tiger Towing, Jason Whitlow, and especially to the driver, Tyler Brewer. Our RV broke down and we were many miles and hours away from our destination. We had to make split second decisions on what we going to do. Our RV was towed to the nearest dealership but not knowing when the RV would be looked at, how long it would take to diagnose and if it could be fixed, and the overall financial costs, Tyler offered what we thought was the best decision which was to tow it to our home and we rode with him. Tyler was an excellent driver in that he provided a safe, stress-free, and engaging friendly conversations. We appreciate Tyler's availability and assistance in getting us home...without his suggestion, we could have still been stranded there. Thanks so much Tyler and the best of success with your career and future!
We joke that it's never a true marching band trip without an adventure, but this is one adventure we could have definitely done without!

Today was a very disappointing and difficult day as on our way to see our daughters game, our car overheated and we were stranded right off Highway 85 in Opelika, Alabama. Through our Insurance Road Side assistance, Tiger towing came to our rescue, specifically Frankie who was one of the most helpful people we have ever encountered. He towed our car to 3 different business (which were all closed even though the website stated they were open) never complained and went out above and beyond his call to tow our car to one place. We are so thankful to him and wanted to give Tiger Towing the raving review it deserves. Thank you for your amazing service.
