💙 A little education for those who may not know how sales works...
If you've ever referred someone to me, first of all... thank you. It truly means more than you know.
Here's something a lot of people don't realize. Those of us who work on commission sales, only get paid if we make the sale. If someone tells a friend, "Go to Freedom Homes," but doesn't tell them to ask for Mobile Home Matt or just simply Matt, there's a good chance another salesperson will greet them. At that point, they're no longer my customer since they didn't directly ask for me when they come in.
I can't tell you how many times someone has come in saying, "A friend told me about you," only for me to find out after they've already spent an hour or so with a co-worker. It's really too late at that point.
So if you know someone looking for a manufactured home, I'd be incredibly grateful if you'd tell them to:
✅ Call me directly.
✅ Ask for Matt Jarvis when they arrive at Freedom Homes.
✅ Or send me their contact information (with their permission), and I'll be happy to reach out.
This isn't about taking business from anyone else. It's simply about making sure the person you intended to support, is actually the one who gets the opportunity to earn your referral.
Like many people in sales, my commission is how I provide for my family. Every referral, every phone call, and every person who asks for me makes a real difference.
To everyone who has supported me over the years, THANK YOU. Your trust, recommendations, and referrals have meant the world to me. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Don't forget, I do a referral fee to the person that refers them to me, if they buy a home! But, if they don't ask for me when they come in, then I can't do that referral fee.
