Our Webster yard has made a massive upgrade to their crushing method, thanks to our Ontario facility. Ontario's "old" crusher was delivered to our Webster yard last Saturday--you might say we even recycle our equipment!

This machine will streamline the later stage of our recycling operation that happens before we ship out car bodies for metal processing.

Some members of our team represented Wilbert's at this year's Greater Rochester Young Professionals Conference👏

Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce invited us and other employees from local businesses to join their experience for Greater Rochester Young Professionals yesterday. The conference aims to connect people and industries and encourage the sharing of perspectives and ideas. We are walking away newly-motivated and ready to bring inspiration back to our team.

And just like that—another record is broken! In July, our team in Ontario dismantled 216 vehicles, beating our previous record of 203 vehicles. After a month of falling just short of our goal, our crew responded with extra fight, focus, and teamwork to achieve this impressive accomplishment. More than anything, we compete against ourselves and strive to be consistently better than before.

Thank you to EVERYONE that made this possible, and congratulations!🍾

Brennan is the latest recipient of Wilbert's Driven to Shine Award, chosen by his peers for his excellent teamwork. His coworkers say he constantly makes time to listen and to answer questions no matter how busy he is. He is always willing to go above and beyond to find an answer.

We think your positive attitude is inspiring and we appreciate your demonstration of our company values like Teamwork, Customer Focus, Safety, Quality, and Community!

Congresswoman Tenney visited our facility in Ontario last week. She was easy to talk to and eager to learn more about automotive recycling.

We were able to share with her some of the legislation we hope she will advocate for on behalf of the industry, and she seemed genuinely interested in helping. Additionally, we discussed the development of the land around Lakeside and 104 in terms of which development opportunities could benefit Wilbert's and the surrounding community.

We love a little Christmas in July here at Wilbert's!

Congratulations to the Ge**er Collision & Glass in Clay, NY, for winning last year's Christmas Tree Decorating Contest! 🏆 It was a pleasure delivering their well-deserved prize and kicking off the holiday spirit a little early.

Thank you for your creativity, enthusiasm, and participation—we're already looking forward to this year's competition!

Newly-named Operations Supervisors from our Hudson Valley and Ohio locations toured our local Rochester-area Premium Auto Parts and U-Pull It facilities this past week to shadow business. The trip equipped them with a better understanding of the similarities and differences between other PAP stores and the functionality of a self-service yard. We are excited to promote Sean and Jordan to these positions, because we know they will continue to drive the success of the company with their new level of responsibility. Congratulations!
