Jack is another one of our knowledgeable tire and service consultants who has been with us for over 8 months now. When asked what brought him to Wilbert's, he answered, "My biggest reason would be Dan (Wilbert). I met him while on lunch at my old job. During the interview process, it seemed clear that he is a good person to work for." Jack wanted to get into the writing side of the repair process and experience what is was like to hold a customer-facing position in the office. He worked in collision for about 5 years prior to joining us at Wilbert's which has undoubtedly contributed to his success here.
Jack's hobbies: watching hockey and hanging out at home with his two dogs
Jack's dream vehicle: 1991 Porsche 911 Turbo

Spencer is one of the first friendly faces you'll see when you visit us. He has been with us as a tire & service consultant for five months and his dedication has earned him recognition as our latest staff feature. He first started his career in the food industry then moved to a job in the tire bay at another store where he became the service supervisor. With customer service experience and five years working with tires under his belt, he found a place at Wilbert's. We appreciate his knowledge and the way he interacts with our customers.
Spencer's hobbies: spending time with family and friends, golfing, playing tennis, playing video games, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees
Spencer's dream vehicle: 2025 McLaren P1
