Progressive direct is telling customers that they will take their rental car from them if thev do not take their vehicles to their direct repair shops to have the vehicles repaired, whether they are insured with them or not they are using scare tactics. This is steering.

Allstate is telling customers they need to pay their rental out of pocket first and the potentially get it refunded if they don't go to their DRP shops. This is steering.

StateFarm is telling customers that if try don't go to their DRP shops they will have to pay more out of pocket than their deductible. This is steering.

I have witnessed it all, so there is no defamation here.

To have great color matches you need to blend into adjacent panels. Small repairs can lead into half your panels being refinished.
