With over 9 years of hands-on experience and ASE certifications, Zack’s Auto Detailing is a premier mobile detailing and auto service business serving Central New York (Oneida, Syracuse, Rome, Cicero, and surrounding areas). We bring full-service detailing, paint repair, interior restoration, and auto care directly to our customers' homes or workplaces.
We have a proven service model, high customer satisfaction, and a seamless online booking process. Now, we are looking for a sharp, results-oriented Digital Marketer or Growth Specialist to scale our customer acquisition and keep our schedule full.
The Opportunity: 20% Uncapped Commission
We believe in aligning incentives. We are looking for a performance marketer who wants total control over their earnings. For every qualified customer lead or booking generated through your campaigns that completes a service, you earn a flat 20% commission.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Local Leads: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high-intent leads and direct bookings across Central New York.
Campaign Strategy & Ex*****on: Utilize paid ads (Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google PPC/Local Services Ads), Local SEO, or organic outreach strategies.
Funnel Optimization: Drive high-quality traffic to our primary booking portal and optimize conversion rates.
Tracking & Attribution: Set up and manage reliable attribution tracking (UTM parameters, conversion pixels, or call-tracking numbers) so every lead you generate is accurately credited to you.
