Toyo Techs Inc was created by Toyota Master Technician, Ryan Gentry, after he realized there was a growing distrust between the customer and the dealership. Ryan spent the first 12 years of his career working as a technician in the service department at locally owned Bellevue Toyota before the dealer was sold to a large out of town company and changed names. With the change in name came many other
service department transitions to increase company profits, starting with pay cuts to the employees and price increases to the customer. Ryan spent the next year hating every day he had to go to work and charge people what he felt were unreasonably high prices to repair their vehicles, until one day he decided he could no longer do it, and quit to create his own company. Toyo Techs Inc was created so there would finally be an establishment for customers to go to where they know a high-end factory trained technician will be diagnosing, repairing, or maintaining their vehicle with quality factory parts, at a reasonable price. Additionally Ryan realizes that happy employees are the key to a quality business and to maintaining a satisfied and loyal customer base.
