🎉 Happy 3rd Mad Hatter Work Anniversary, Kyle! 🎉

Kyle has grown into one of the experienced technicians in our shop and has become someone our newer team members naturally look to for guidance and support. Whether he's diagnosing a tough problem, helping a fellow Mad Hatter, or making sure every repair is completed the right way, Kyle leads by example every day.

Kyle is also now just TWO ASE certification tests away from earning his Master Technician title! That's a testament to the countless hours he's invested in learning, training, and sharpening his skills.

We're incredibly grateful for everything Kyle brings to our team and proud of his continued training.

Today we're celebrating Bud's first year as part of the Mad Hatter family!

If you've visited one of our shops, there's a good chance you've met Bud. Whether he's giving you a ride while your vehicle is being serviced, helping answer questions at the front counter, or jumping in wherever our team needs him most, Bud is always ready to help.

Over the past year, he's transitioned from Service Advisor into an Operations Support role, but one thing hasn't changed—his commitment to taking great care of our customers.

Bud connects with people instantly. Customers regularly ask for him by name, and teammates across all three locations know they can always count on him. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and incredible work ethic make a difference every single day.

🥵 Whew... summer is turning up the heat this week!

🚗 ROAD TRIP COMING UP?
