Modern seats have some fantastic options that were never available in the past - seat heaters, air coolers, adjustable lumbar support, massage units, etc. But these systems can make for an incredibly complex system hiding under the seat covers! If you've ever wondered what kind of complex inner workings are under your covers, here's a look at some of what was involved in replacing a broken factory massage unit in a newer seat. It's definitely not a simple process!

Lion's is closed Friday, May 28th and Monday May 31st for the Memorial Day weekend. We wish everyone a safe weekend and hope you are able to take the time to reflect and honor all those who selflessly gave their lives for us.
This split-back bench seat needed to be completely redone. It's much more comfortable with the foam repaired now and the new covers came out great!
Some fun headliners - Aston Martin V12 Vanquish with diamond-pleated suede and a custom "Rally Pig" headliner for a Subaru STi. Usually we just re-cover headliner boards when the material starts to come down, but sometimes it gets a little more exciting than just the basics...
Who doesn't love a '62 Impala? This one got a snazzy new white convertible top!
We love taking a damaged or worn out driver's seat and making it look and feel new again! You spend too much time inside your car to settle for something that can be repaired in a day!
You never realize how many headliner bows a wagon has until you install a headliner in one! This rare 2-door Chevelle wagon is a beauty but was quite a fun challenge!
3 different types of black vinyl (matte black, black carbon fiber, and shinier black) make this bike seat clean but unique!
This 1968 Dodge Polara came in for new carpet, seats, door panels, rear panels, and convertible top! It was quite a transformation and a very fun project!!
We can fix up the seat in your daily driver or help give your classic a new lease on life! We love doing new convertible tops - they make such a big difference!!
So much of what we do is this... driver's seats tend to wear out on the left side from getting in and out of the vehicle over and over. But we can repair the foam and replace the damaged parts of the cover or sew a new one and restore it to beauty, function, and comfort!
Modified covers for a Dodge Charger - red leather inserts with white high-contrast stitch and embroidery. So pretty!
Oh man, do I ever need to catch up on what we've been doing! Digging back to photos from over a year ago.... I affectionately referred to these as the "Chewbacca seats" 😁 Much different after we were finished with them!!

The most exciting project going on in our shop right now is not what you'd guess.... Just dropped a bunch of these clear face shields off for Creighton Medical and will be supplying another 50 soon. One the rest of the clear material arrives we'll be able to make another 250!
Lion's is still open for the time being, which means ... we have to eat lunch. This week we've been trying to patronize smaller restaurants and bars that are going to be feeling the economic impact and suffering more than we are. Yesterday we ordered to go from Cruisers Bar & Grill on 84th & F and had their Chicken Fried Chicken/Chicken Fried Steak special. It was fantastic! Today we picked up Monte Cristo sandwiches from Farmhouse Cafe near 84th & Center. Fabulous! If you can, please help support locally-owned restaurants and bars. And if you can afford to, tip very generously - you may be the only tip someone working for peanuts gets today. Shop small and make a big impact!
