We're hiring diesel techs at Hatcher Mobile Services, and I'll be straight with you about what that means here.

14 bays, 5 mobile trucks, all makes and models. We're an authorized Kubota engine dealer, so our guys get real factory training — not a YouTube video and a shrug.

Here's what I got tired of seeing at other shops: good techs spending $8,000, $10,000 out of their own pocket on tools just to be allowed to work. We don't do that. The shop owns the high-dollar tools. You bring your skills, we'll cover the rest — ASE certs, boots, factory training.

Pay is $75K–$95K for A-level, plus efficiency and retention bonuses. Full benefits. And if you've got a couple years in and you're hungry to get better, we'll train you up — we pair you with a lead tech and give you an actual path, not a maybe.

Happy 4th of July, everyone! 🇺🇸

Just a quick heads up that we'll be closed this Friday, July 3rd, and Saturday July 4th so our team can get some well-deserved time with their families.

We know the road doesn't stop for holidays, though! If you're a fleet owner or driver in a pinch, don't sweat it: our mobile technicians are still available to help you out and get you back on your route.
