To our beloved customers,

With these unusual times we are in, we wanted to let you know, we will be here to help as much as we can and in any way . If you do need your car serviced we will till be open for repairs and general maintenance during our normal hours Monday through Friday.

We will be offering pick up and delivery service and pay over the phone options as well to all our customers to help accommodate any needs. EVERY vehicle at our shop has and will continue to be cleaned and sanitized BEFORE and AFTER our service to insure that our customers and staff are protected .

We here at Knapp’s Madison Auto want our customers to know how seriously we are taking the Cornavirus and how it affects our business. We have implemented new cleaning measures for our shop and employees and how we are handling vehicles, including wearing gloves, disinfecting and taking extra care of our waiting area.
We are still open under our normal business hours. Please know we also have a key drop box located outside the front door should you feel more comfortable and can discuss all your needs over the phone.
