usiness is to do a great job on every job. My #1 goal is not to maximize my profit, it's to do such a good job that you never even consider using another mechanic! How can I offer the lowest rates and claim to do the best job? Well, the consistency of my work will never change...it's what I pride myself on. However, the rates on this page are all preliminary labor rates effective through 8/31/14 and are subject to change thereafter. I would rather earn your trust and repeat business than earn a bigger check. With that being said, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE RATES WHILE THEY LAST!!! Other shops rates are literally 3-4 times as much as mine.

From now on Capt Tim has no excuse for dragging the skeg across a bar... Getting lost, running aground, or any other hazard... As he's the proud owner of one fully functional Garmin GPS /Chart plotter / Sonar... And a pretty nice new boat too!
Be like Tim, catch fish like it's your job (it actually is his job but you get the point) and hire me to install navigation aids on your vessel! 👍👍

Today was quite warm, but we still managed to get half of a GPS installed today... I promise more impressive pictures tomorrow when I flush-mount the actual GPS... Here's a picture of a transducer for now though... And some boats.

3Seas also offers fiberglass repair. Here's some photos of a current project, there was a hole directly on the keel that punctured clean through the hull. This was a composite resin high performance jetski hull that required special resins and lots of extra care,as the hull is only about 1/4" thick and is painted rather than gel coat (paint is harder&lighter).

We can repair almost any damage, unless the boat is falling to pieces we can more than likely make it solid and as strong as the day it left the factory. Here's a brief "how to make fiberglass repairs" series, but if you are unsure of how to do EVERY STEP CORRECTLY it's always best to let a professional to the job.

What once ran like a wounded armadillo (Yamaha 115 2Stroke V4-good motor) now runs like a cheetah on steroids... Carbs were choked with old, varnished fuel. The full fuel system cleanup, including filter and cleaning 4 carbs worked a treat. Now she gets right up and hauls ass like she's supposed to. If your boat needs a service or repair, NOW is the time to book your appointment with us. Spring time gets busy cuz the fishing is getting better and better!

We offer MUCH MORE than just boat repairs and maintenance...here are just a few:
Many of my customers have requested or required me to tow their boat somewhere...and have towed them long distances when necessary. So if you, or anyone you know, need a boat (or any trailer for that matter) towed somewhere, get in touch to discuss details. I charge very reasonable rates- flat rate from $50-200 for anything under 100 miles...and for over 100 miles the rate is from $1.00/mile for smaller boats and trailers...up to $1.50/ mile for anything over 30ft or 10,000lbs & under. The truck is a Heavy Duty Cummins diesel w/ 15,000lb towing capacity, and it has an electronic trailer brake controller for extra safety if the trailer has brakes. It's a beast and can tow damn near anything.

I also offer boat buying/selling services. If you're looking to buy a boat, you can hire me to look it over mechanically & electrically. Or, if you're not sure exactly what you're looking for, just give me an idea of what you'll be using your boat for and I'll find it for you.

If you're looking to sell, there's no better time than spring time!! I can look over all systems to ensure its ready for sale immediately, and fix anything that needs fixed in order to sell it for TOP DOLLAR. .
