This 2000 Toyota Century represents a very different kind of Japanese luxury: understated, exceptionally comfortable, and built around the rear-seat passenger. The Century has served as Toyota’s flagship luxury sedan for executives, government officials, and other VIPs. The second-generation GZG50, introduced in 1997, brought one of the Century’s most remarkable features, Toyota’s 5.0-liter 1GZ-FE V12 engine. While the V12 makes this Century special, the rear cabin is really where the car shows its character.
