As some folks are aware, I was in the process of taking over ownership of an Auto Repair Shop. Unfortunately things have fallen through and while I am saddened by this, I know that it just wasn't the right time. With how the world is currently going with inflation and things just being crazy, a recession is most likely right around the corner and it's best that I am not sinking money into a business that might not make it when the recession hits.
I am currently in the process of finding a new Shop or Dealership to work out of and will share with everyone where I will be working so folks can come and get their vehicles worked on. I'm hoping to be able to continue to hone my skills, get some certifications and licenses under my belt and focus on more things that I need to learn. The Auto Repair industry is always changing as new methods come into the game so to speak. Especially where electronic cars being pushed by the government.
I do maintain a love for European Autos and am saddened I won't have the chance to directly continue working with them, but I look forward to the opportunity to learn more with domestics and foreign vehicles. I'm not completely out of the game and I have NOT turned my mind from one day owning an Auto Repair Shop. This way here, I will be able to learn, absorb the information and not have to worry about overhead. It's unfortunate how everything came to end, but it's not over yet.
